All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders resulting from such errors.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. For custom orders, a deposit may be required with the balance due upon completion.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are created specifically for each client. Once production begins on a custom piece:

• The order cannot be cancelled
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Modifications may incur additional fees
• Delivery timelines are estimates only

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship worldwide via insured carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

6. ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any item. Custom-made pieces and stock items are both considered final sale.

All jewelry is backed by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to normal wear, accidents, or modifications by third parties.

7. WARRANTY

All jewelry comes with a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper care or accidents
• Modifications made by third parties
• Loss of stones (unless due to defective setting)

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of White Thorn and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Thorn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
